Delivery


The normal delivery time is approximately 72 working hours if the article is in stock and 4 weeks otherwise [unless otherwise indicated on the site] and is provided for information purposes only.

It is important to specify the delivery method when placing the order; in the event of an error, POWSEY declines all responsibility.

If the buyer is not present on the day of delivery, a notice indicating the delivery attempt will be left, along with the address of the post office where the parcel will be available for 10 days. The parcel will then be redirected to the nearest post office.

In the event that a parcel is lost by one of our carrier partners, please inform us as soon as possible by email at Customer Service info@powsey.be.

The company will conduct an investigation with the relevant services.

Shipping Fees Delivery is free in Belgium.


Return

 

 


The claim must be reported in advance by email to info@powsey.be. To do this, the customer commits to returning their order in the same conditions as the shipment, accompanied by the return slip within the specified time frame (15 days).

The product must be returned in a tracked package via postal service or by recommended shipping for Europe, in its original condition.

The shipping and return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellation of the Order by the customer

Any request for the cancellation of an order must be made before the products are shipped to be taken into consideration and no later than 1 hour after the order is placed. After this time frame, no cancellations will be possible.
